We source our commonly named ‘Davidson Plum’ locally from a local First Nations company. This plum has higher levels of Anthocyanin than blueberries, these ANTIOXIDANTS improve COGNITIVE FUNCTION, CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH and protect against certain cancers. They also INCREASE COLLAGEN PRODUCTION and have a powerful ANTI-INFLAMMATORY effect. This super food plum is also packed with:

-Potassium and Magnesium good for muscle, nerve, blood health and electrolyte balance.
