Gluten free, vegan mash that is easy to make and is made in Australia. This 150g pack makes 1kg of potato and is free of sulphites. Made just with potato flakes this mash is delicious and perfect for kids and toddlers.

You can also use this to make gnocchi, pancakes, croquettes and more.

Easy and quick to cook.

How to use:

Makes 300g mash (3 serves)

Place 1 cup of Plantasy Potato Mash into a medium sized bowl.

Add 1 cup + 1 tbls of boiling water, or half boiling water and half hot plant based milk of choice

Whisk with a fork until thick and smooth

Add salt to taste. We recommend 1/2 teaspoon salt for this serving.

TIP! For extra richness add a tablespoon of plant-based spread or olive oil. Add more liquid if you prefer a lighter, fluffier mash.
