Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine:

-To relieve symptoms of hayfever, allergic rhinitis and sinusitis

-As a decongestant and expectorant

-To soothe irritated tissues

-To relieve symptoms of common colds and flu.

INGREDIENTS:

Each 5mL contains liquid extracts:

Eyebright herb, Euphrasia officinalis 1mL, equiv. dry 1g

Baical Skullcap root, Scutellaria baicalensis 500 microlitres, equiv. dry 500mg

Liquorice root, Glycyrrhiza glabra 1.25mL, equiv. dry 1.25g

Elder flower, Sambucus nigra 1mL, equiv. dry 1g

Garlic bulb, Allium sativum 200 microliters, equiv. fresh100mg.

Also contains water, ethanol, glycerol, aniseed essential oil and peppermint essential oil.

DOSAGE:

Adults:

5-10mL two or three times a day.

Children:

3-12 years: 1-5mL two or three times a day.

Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Duration of use:

Up to a maximum of six weeks treatment. Allow significant treatment breaks before continuing.

Directions for use:

Shake bottle well before use. Can be diluted with water, fruit juice or other fluids if necessary and consumed immediately.

Interactions:

Contra-indicated with concomitant use of digoxin, diuretics, laxatives, cardiac glycosides anti-coagulant drugs, protease inhibitors, anti-hypertensive agents and potassium-depleting drugs.

Shelf life:

36 months from date of manufacture.

Cautions:

Exercise caution taking Sinus Plex before/after surgery, if pregnant or lactating, or in diabetes. Safety during pregnancy and breast feeding has not been evaluated.
