St John’s wort helps to relieve anxiety, nervous unrest, restlessness, irritability, and sleeplessness. Passionflower is included to support the sedative and relaxant properties of St John’s wort.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:

Herbal extract equivalent to dry:

Hypericum perforatum (St John's wort) herb top flowering 2.1g

Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb powder 100mg

DOSAGE:

Adults:
Take one to two capsules with a meal daily.

CAUTIONS

Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.

Take two hours away from all prescription medications.

NO ADDED:

Yeast, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings and flavourings, or preservatives.
