Cascara sagrada acts as a herbal laxative for the symptomatic relief of constipation.

EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS:
Frangula purshiana (Cascara sagrada) bark powder 400mg

DOSAGE:
Adults:
Take one capsule with a glass (250mL) of water twice daily.

Children:
It is recommended this product not be taken by children under 12 years of age.

CAUTIONS
Not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation.

Take two hours away from all prescription medications.

NO ADDED:
Yeast, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings and flavourings, or preservatives.
