What is Resveratrol?

Resveratrol is a polyhenol found in grapes and other fruits. It plays an important role in a plant’s defensive system. Red grape skin is a particularly rich source of Resveratrol. It has been suggested that Resveratrol may play a significant role in the “French Paradox”. Anti-oxidants are an important component of good

nutrition and a healthy diet. Antioxidants help reduce the effect of oxidative stress and free radicals.

Serving Suggestion

Dilute with water if desired.
