Garlic is a member of the onion family and has a full bodied savoury flavour. Our certified organic Garlic Granules can add fantastic flavour to a variety of dishes. Try mixing them into pasta sauces or mix with butter and parsley to make garlic bread or mushrooms.

Our certified organic cinnamon zeylanicum ( true cinnamon ) from Sri Lanka is a  mild spice used to flavour spiced cakes and biscuits. Organic cinnamon is especially good with apples and can be used in many desserts or just sprinkled on breakfast cereals.

Ginger is one of the most frequently used spices in cooking and is used in both savoury and sweet dishes from all around the world. Our organic ground ginger is best used in sweet dishes such as biscuits, desserts, ginger breads and cakes. Organic ginger can also be used to make ginger lemonade and ale is fantastic for flavouring homemade jams or pickles.

Our organic mixed herbs are a blend of certified organic Thyme, Rosemary, Marjoram, Basil , Oregano and Sage. Can be used to season tomato sauces, spaghetti and casseroles or roast vegetables.

Turmeric has a peppery spicy aroma and is a staple ingredient in most commercial curry powders. Certified organic turmeric can be added to pickles and relishes. Try adding a very small amount of organic turmeric to the water when cooking 1 cup of rice. This imparts a slight yellow colour and is a cheaper option than saffron.
