Our organic mixed herbs are a blend of certified organic Thyme, Rosemary, Marjoram, Basil , Oregano and Sage. Can be used to season tomato sauces, spaghetti and casseroles or roast vegetables.

Italians are particularly partial to Rosemary. Our certified organic Rosemary has a fragrant lemoney, piney fragrance and is extremely versatile. Organic Rosemary is a must with lamb as it compliments the flavour.

Turmeric has a peppery spicy aroma and is a staple ingredient in most commercial curry powders. Certified organic turmeric can be added to pickles and relishes. Try adding a very small amount of organic turmeric to the water when cooking 1 cup of rice. This imparts a slight yellow colour and is a cheaper option than saffron.
