How to use:

Open pouch and remove patch. Peel off protective film and apply gel side to forehead. Lay down in a comfortable position in a dark or dimly lit room. Close your eyes and breath deeply and slowly for 10 breath cycles.


Rest with patch on forehead for 30 minutes. Discard after use. Re-apply a new patch no more than 3 times daily.


You should feel a cool soothing sensation when patch is applied. Wash hands after use.
