Concentrated bone broth, Lion's mane, Reishi, Shiitake mushrooms, garlic, black pepper, sea salt.

Directions for Use:

Recommended for broths, warm drinks or sauces or add to dishes to increase digestibility, flavour & nutrition. 

Add 2 teaspoons (1 serve = 10g) to a tablespoon to a cup/mug of hot water for a nutritious bone broth, add spices, meats and vegetables as desired.
