Hawthorn 250ml Sea Minerals with Hawthorn berries and Paw Paw. The benefits of the humble Hawthorn Berry were known and described as far back as the 13th Century. Today in Germany it is one of the most popular botanical medicines*. Hawthorn berries made into a tea, or in our case a tea with seaminerals as it's base, is used to regulate blood pressure, help circulation, and is said to have cardiotonic activity. In France it has been used to decrease anxiety and promote sleep. Much research has been done when it comes to the leaves of Carica Papaya (Paw Paw) This is very well documented and research into the health benefits is still ongoing, suffice to say that it has been found to have amazing properties  Paw Paw has enzymes like papain and chymopapain and is said to have antiviral, antifungal and antibacterial properties.

Ingredients: Crataegus monogyna; Carica Papaya leaves and stems.

Use: 5ml in liquid of choice, drunk with a meal, preferably the evening, but whatever works best for you. Hint: Putting 5ml in a shot glass and filling it with water, juice or milk, shooting it down and then following with another mouthful of food or a glass of water is probably the easiest way.
